Dealer “ plates” are from Nashville (maybe where he originally bo ught the car?) . T he phone number brings up Google results on BMW forums for parts for sale in Atlanta as well as multiple listings for other BMWs over the last few years.

That seems expensive, you could get a 540 sport for that price around here (but the v8 does need more attention...)
